4FRONT CORROSION

To prevent corrosion, all Honda engine fasteners and hardware are either stainless steel or a specifically treated Dacro material. All wiring connectors are sealed to prevent water intrusion, and an easy-to-use freshwater flushing devise lets you wash salt water out of internal passages to protect your durable Honda engine.

Honda’s state-of-the-art corrosion control system also guards the outside of the engine. All Honda engines have patented, double-sealed, multi-layered paint.
